HR Officer

 

A large, successful Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to support the learning and development of the organisation's staff.

Your duties will include a number of generalist responsibilities such as HR Projects and managing appraisals.  However your chief responsibility is to assist the Head of HR in providing a fully comprehensive and effective learning and continuous improvement service, supporting our strategic direction and contributing to the achievement of the organisations business objectives.

In addition to this you will have responsibility for learning and continuous improvement processes and initiatives across the organisation, including management of the performance management process.

You will also Manage learning projects and provide tailored training solutions, facilitate, coach and develop interventions as required and implement organisational initiatives across the business.

You are likely to be CIPD Part of fully qualified and have experience of facilitating learning and development.  In addition to this, experience of working in a housing organisation will be particularly advantageous.  An outstanding benefits package awaits the successful candidate.
