£15,000-£21,000 d.o.e

Our client is a rapidly expanding Law Firm specialising in RTA.  They are very reputable in their area of work and are a busy, efficient office.  They are looking to recruit Claims Handlers with experience of RTA - Fast Track/Multi Track experience.

You will be acting on behalf of clients who wish to claim compensation and who have suffered injury and financial losses as a result of a road traffic accident.
Advising on liability and compensation amounts.  
Liaising with third party, insurers, witnesses and experts - collating evidence in support of financial - losses, arranging medical reports and advising clients on the resulting compensation.
Submitting details of claims to third party insurers and negotiating settlement.  Preparing complicated files for issue at court.
